In this video, I wanna talk to you about what it means to hire an experienced law firm. Now, admittedly, pretty much every law firm out there advertises that they are quote-unquote experienced. But what does that really mean and what does it mean and why does it matter to you? Well, when we talk about experience, what's really important, for more, in most instances than the quantity of experience, meaning the number of years someone's been a licensed attorney, is the quality of experience. So why does that really matter? Well, it matters because you could have someone that's a lawyer for 30 years, 40 years, 50 years, but they may not be handling criminal defense and you have a criminal defense case. Well, what good does it do if you have someone that's a primarily a trust and a estates lawyer, or primarily as a personal injury lawyer, you're better served with someone who's a criminal defense lawyer, day in, day out, who may have admittedly less experience in volume of years than this so-called, you know, this grizzled attorney or this veteran attorney. If you're not on top of the law, if you're not on top of the changes in the law, if you haven't earned and maintained each and every day, the practice and the respect of judges, the respect of prosecutors, the respect of court staff, well, it doesn't really matter how long you've been practicing.
