What Happened To NASCAR’s ORIGINAL Tracks?

NASCAR has raced at hundreds, maybe even thousands of racetracks since the inaugural NASCAR Cup Series season in 1949. While those countless tracks all have stories in the sport only eight can say that they were there in the beginning. Much like other sports the venues of competition have changed mostly over time but the history still has been a rich one. So today we are going to look at the eight tracks that made up NASCAR’s original schedule and ask the question, “What happened to NASCAR’s original tracks?”
