Ingredients:
2 lbs beef ranch steak (bistec ranchero)
4 potatoes (cubed)
Refried beans
Mexican rice
Cheese
6 Anaheim peppers
6 roma tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt I used 1 1/2 tsp
