The sixth track of the album "Azizie", “Khazan” is composed by Hossein Alizadeh, one of Iran's leading traditional composers and a virtuosic player of tar and setar. This piece was written approximately in 1986-87, and the word Khazan itself can be translated into autumn or fall. Additionally, Khazan is performed in one of the most fundamental Dastgah of Iranian musical repertoire, being Dastgāh-e Šur.

This performance of the piece is dedicated to Alizadeh himself, as a deep appreciation towards his essential musical contributions, whose support and guidance towards this quarter brought us the opportunity to present this music elegantly and collaboratively.
