Back in June I got to spend a week filming for Mayhem Athlete and training at CrossFit Mayhem! There was a lot of laughing, lifting and painful workouts, but most importantly I got to be with beautiful people! Seeing the Elite Athletes train for the Games was so incredible and motivated me even more to keep training! Keep following the journey!
