Charlize Theron: A Life In Pictures

From the BAFTA Archive. South African actress Charlize Theron started out as a model before moving to Hollywood to pursue an acting career. In 2003 she made waves playing the real-life serial killer Aileen Wournos in Monster, a role that earned her an Oscar and the first of two BAFTA nominations. She earned her second for 2005's North Country. Recent performances include Atomic Blonde and Mad Max: Fury Road.
