If you’re in your late 30s to early 50s, you might be experiencing perimenopause symptoms like increased PMS, night sweats, insomnia, weight gain, increased migraine frequency and more.

In this video, I share my gluten-free and dairy-free grocery haul to prepare healthy real foods to help manage perimenopause symptoms and hormone balance. I also share a "what I eat in a day" where I share all of my meals. An anti-inflammatory diet with lots of lean protein and fiber seems to be helping.

I also discuss how oral micronized progesterone and topical estrogen gel has been helping me for sleep and other symptoms.
