Leaking Breasts and Colostrum: At week 32, many mothers start experiencing leaking breasts. This is due to colostrum production, which is the thick yellowish first milk the body produces to nourish the newborn before mature milk comes in. It may leak spontaneously or when the breasts are stimulated, signaling your body is preparing for breastfeeding.

Breast Changes: Breasts are noticeably larger and may feel heavier and tender. The areolas and nipples often darken, possibly to help the baby locate them for nursing.

Physical Discomforts: Pressure from the growing uterus can cause constipation, leg cramps, and dizziness. Hemorrhoids are common due to vein pressure. Your skin stretches, causing itchiness and stretch marks around the abdomen and breasts.

Sleep Issues and Pelvic Pain: Insomnia may occur from back pain, frequent urination, and anxiety. Sharp pelvic pain ("lightning crotch") can happen when the baby moves lower into the pelvis.

Varicose Veins and Swelling: Varicose veins often appear on legs due to uterine pressure on blood vessels. Swelling in feet and ankles can also increase as blood volume rises.

Braxton Hicks Contractions: Practice contractions may become more frequent. They are generally painless and irregular, unlike real labor contractions.
