Vegan Irish Stew

1 medium onion
Half of a purple cabbage
1 leek
Half a bag of small white potatoes
3 stalks of celery
1 head of garlic
4 carrots
64 oz of water
4 Quartz of vegetable broth
3 bay leaves
½ a tub of sliced mushrooms
2 cans of Guiness
3 “Not Chick N” Bouillon cubes
Seitan Wheat Protein (We used West Soy by Yves)
3 tbsp of liquid amino acids
1 teaspoon of cloves
2 tbsp of garlic
2 tbsp of onion
2 tbsp of freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp of cumin
1 tbsp of Rosemary
1 tbsp of Herbs of Provence
1 tbsp of Zesty Lemon
1 lemon (squeezed)
2 tbsp of Minute Miso
