Surrey Law Society is pleased to be adding this new probate webinar to its 2023 programme. The session will examine two key subjects addressed in case law over the last twelve months, namely undue influence & fraudulent calumny will challenge; ‘Put up or shut up’ orders. The webinar, which will be co-presented by Andrew Morgan, Senior Associate at Russell-Cooke LLP, specialising in relation to succession, probate and trust disputes, will discuss practical tips as practitioners.

The session will also provide insight into development of the UK probate funding market. It will cover the challenges we face within the UK market which sees clients being failed by the limited number of and restrictive financial solutions available to them. It will take a look across the pond to the US marketplace which has responded to meet customer needs by developing a range of financial solutions.
