I've been having problems with my 2008 Chevy Corvette Z06 drivers side door for a while now.

After a little research, I ordered some new door buttons. I should have spent a little more time analyzing what was going on, because it did not fix my issue.

After I replaced the door buttons and the problem wasn't fixed, I did some more research and found my problem to be the door latch actuator.

With a very simple install, my door is working as it should again.
