Hi friends! Excited to share a little life update with you. I hope this bridges the gap a little between a traditional YouTube video and a TikTok/ Reel.

For those of you that don’t follow me on IG/ TT- I started Zepbound 6 weeks ago after struggling for 2+ years to lose weight that I gained while on Lexapro (anxiety med). This choice was one I thoroughly researched (both with my Dr. and on Reddit threads) and I am so glad that I did it. I love it so much and feel like it’s changing my life and I am returning back to my old self. I am so happy with it thus far.

I discovered Jamie Beck through her book American in Provence given to me for my bday, I quickly joined her members only club (basically a club for all things French) and now I am heading to her first every Provence retreat next May. I am so excited I cannot even contain myself.

I want to take brides locally in Europe next May/ June and think it will be a dream come true!

Speaking of brides, I’m working on a bridal makeup course and I cannot wait to share more with you! It’s going to be GOOD!!!!
