The Silver Cloud by Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce has always been in a league of their own. In debates over what car is the most luxurious you'll get nominations from Mercedes, like the S class and anything from, the closest rival, Bentley. I would argue that this would be an apples to oranges comparison. While the S class has always been, what seems like 15 years ahead in terms of technology, and the Bentley pursues balancing on power and luxury, Rolls-Royce always seems to take the lead for the most luxurious driving experience.

Even with this 1956 Silver Cloud, the way that it builds power and keeps all sound to a minimum is something to experience. On the newer cars, mash the throttle and you are wafted away like a gentle gust of wind. Roll up the window and everything outside slowly vanishes. When driving a Rolls-Royce, you are removed from reality and put in a place of serenity. No other manufacturer can come close.

I'd also like to ask you a question. What is the cheapest vehicle that attracts the most attention?

It's this one. I have never experienced more thumbs up, questions, smiles, pointing fingers and cell phone cameras than I did while shooting this car. Not even a McLaren F1 can attract more eyes than this car. For what these are going for, be ready to be in the eye of the public. Everyone wants a second look. The paint work here really sells this car. The color palette here is a win. As the video shows, against a sea of black, white and silver cars, it's glowing.

Also, this car makes very little to no audible noise while driving around. So little that without mic'ing the car up, you don't hear much except maybe my breathing. Sorry. =)
