He is the founder of F-Lab, a new model for the knowledge firm, and Ambassador of Mechatronic, where mechanic and digital come together as a new paradigm for the future of labor and of the industry. He is the president of the Meccatronici di Assolombardia group and of the Europe-wide CEEMET, as well as the vice-president of Federmeccanica.
