Ingredients :
For boiling Maggi :
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Maggi - 2 pkt

For Maggi Bater :
Carrot - 1/2 medium size
Onion - 1 small size
Capsicum - 1/2 medium size
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1/2 medium size
Green chilli - to taste
Egg -2 pcs
Cornflour - 2tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Maggi masala - 1 pkt

For making Maggi Omelette :
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Maggi bater - 4 tbsp

Method :
To make Maggi Omelette, I'll start by boiling 2 packets of Maggi with half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of oil. Once it's boiled,I'll drain the water and sprinkle some cold water to make it fluffy.

Next, I'll chop a small onion, half a medium carrot, half a medium capsicum, half a medium tomato, a small green chili, and some coriander leaves. I'll mix these chopped veggies with the boiled Maggi, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, salt, and black pepper powder. Then, I'll mix everything well.

In another bowl, I'll beat 2 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. I'll add the egg whites to the Maggi batar and mix well.

Now, I'll heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and pour in 4 tablespoons of the Maggi mixture, shaping it like an omelette. I'll cook both sides until they're golden brown. Once done, I'll place the egg yolks on top, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. And that's it! My Maggi Omelette is ready.
