In this video I talk about the website codepen! Codepen is an amazing resource for web developers because it offers an amazing platform to quickly prototype ideas and test is the elements you are building will work.

When opening codepen, you are presented with three windows, one for HTML, one for CSS and one for Javascript and a display window below where your output is. The output is where your code is compiled and displayed to you.

Codepen is an amazing tool that you should have saved in your bookmarks and get used to using it to make your development flow even faster.

And the absolute best thing about codepen is that is it absolutely free to use and open an account. When you open an account with codepen you can save all your pens in one place.

If you don’t open an account, you can still save your projects and they get saved in your local storage in your browser, so you can still access them if you know where to look!
