Here, my little brother Grant tells you how to create/vecotrize an image for a custom crew emblem in GTA V for PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360. Hopefully he does okay.
Unlike other tutorials this one does not require the use of notepad++ so you don't have to download as much onto your computer. By using programs most of us have, like internet explorer, we get the same done with less downloads.

PROGRAMS USED:
Google Chrome--https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome...
Google chrome is needed to edit htmls of the pictures and emblem editor.

Gimp 2.8-- http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
Gimp is a free photo manipulation program which we use to resize the image.

►Vectormagic: http://vectormagic.com/home
►Vectormagic is an in-browser service that takes normal pictures like .JPG and .PNG and traces them into vector images taking away pixels. It also converts the picture to a .SVG file, which is needed to perform this action.
