After weeks on waiting for replacement parts I can finally share how easy it is to fix this issue.

If you are getting an issue where your buttons work on the mouse but the cursor will not move follow these steps.

1. Reinstall the Driver Software
2. Run Software as Administrator
3. In the bottom right corner of the PCMR Software click Restore.

This is what I used but any cable should work.

*FOR THOSE LOOKING TO USE A DIFFERENT CABLE

The best way to check if your connector is pinned the same is by doing a continuity check with a multimeter. You can read between each pin from the connector to the side that plugs into the computer to trace what goes to what.

There is a chance that the color codes won't match up, here are some common color coding you can possibly go by.

+5V / Red
DATA - / White
DATA + / Green
Ground / Black

I hope this helps if you choose to go this route. I always recommend using PCMR support for a replacement as you will get either a refund, replacement mouse, or replacement cable and won't have to spend your own money or rig the mouse to work like this.
