Project Pan 2025 - My Makeup Challenge Begins! 💄✨

Welcome to my Project Pan journey! I started this challenge on June 1st and I'm working to completely finish all of my makeup products by the end of this year (and possibly continuing into next year - we'll see how it goes!).
In this intro video, I'm sharing all the products I'll be working through and my approach to this challenge. My goal is simple: use up everything completely and replace items only as I finish them. No strict rules, just focusing on being more intentional with my makeup collection and seeing how much I can actually get through!

What is Project Pan?
Project Pan is a beauty challenge where you commit to using up specific products completely before moving on to new ones. It's a great way to be more mindful about your collection and get the most out of what you already own.
My Goals:

Finish all selected makeup products
Replace items only as I complete them
Be more intentional with my beauty routine
Share my progress with you along the way!

I'll be posting regular updates throughout the year showing my progress, sharing tips, and letting you know which products I'm loving (and which ones I'm ready to be done with!).
