Does Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) slow or even reverse your biological age?

In this fourth and final video of our research series, we reveal the groundbreaking findings from my PhD research project comparing low-pressure (1.3 ATA) versus high-pressure (2.0 ATA) hyperbaric oxygen therapy on biological aging and epigenetic markers.

What we found surprised us!

The research shows:

► Both pressure levels reversed biological aging, but through completely different methylation pathways
► High-pressure initially accelerated aging markers before dramatically reversing them
► Low-pressure provided steady, consistent age reversal benefits
► Specific genes affected relate to inflammation reduction, immune function, DNA repair, and mitochondrial efficiency

This research helps explain why different HBOT protocols might be beneficial for different conditions and why varying pressure levels throughout treatment could maximize benefits.
