Canon's full frame mirrorless cameras have the capability to capture image quality similar to that of a cinema camera thanks to C-log 1 and C-log 3. Log is a tricky creature though. It can introduce unpleasant noise into your image if you're not careful. I struggled with this initially, but over time I have found some methods that help reduce noise in my films.
