In March 2022, six elite athletes, Justin Grunewald, Alex Monroe, Alexi Pappas, Alysia Montaño, Zach Bitter, and Cal Neff ran from LA to Vegas in a race called The Speed Project. No spectators, no rules, find your own fastest route. The team successfully ran to Vegas in just over thirty hours, taking second place and championing each other's strengths along the way.
