How a new normal is waiting for people after quarantine? How long time people need to get used to the new normal?

With the pandemic, the whole world tries to find new living conditions. Human beings still in this process question new life and determine the “new normal”. In this study, the process of getting used to new life with new normals is discussed with a scene from Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey. In this scene selected from the film made in 1968, the conditions of extraordinary environments waiting for people in the future were designed and it was shown that people could easily adapt to these environments without any difficulty. Looking at the current conditions, the question of how soon people can get used to the new normal comes to mind. Based on this question, people's process of adapting to this unusual order is expressed by slowing down this scene chosen from the movie and combining it with dramatic background music. The printed image shows what the eye should get used to by stopping the extraordinary moment on the scene, by reconsidering the scene. Mankind will of course adapt the new normal but it will inevitably take time.
