TSW3 Glitch: Passengers Won't Load - Scenario Planner - Boston Sprinter

During my simulation of Amtrak Northeast Regional 160 with a Keystone Set, I ran into a passenger loading glitch at Boston Back Bay. What had happened was, I opened the doors after platforming the train. But for some odd reason (or lack thereof) the passenger loading meter never appeared. Instead it told me to "Unlock Doors", but as you can see the doors were wide open.

I tried 2 more times, then I just decided to proceed through to Boston South Station. The glitch didn't "fix" or "correct" itself.
