Team: 11th Doctor, 11th Spoonhead, 11th Flesh Clone, Adipose (Blue), San Garner, Angie Maitland

All waves: Tank until you're converters are ready and then throw a converter set (Spoonhead/Flesh clone or Adipose/Sam Garner) at them until they all die on that wave. Use Angie for healing. Try to enter the next wave with at least one converter set ready.
