Fair Housing Coalition films unconstitutional inspection

On December 10, 2014 the LAHD along with the LA County Health Department and 2 Cops performed a vindictive inspection against a housing provider that just won a ruling against the city in court. The inspectors brought along a locksmith who unlocked the door locks because the tenants refused to let them in. They even had "DO NOT ENTER" signs posted on the door. The inspectors still went in and invaded the privacy of all the tenants. This is a gross violation of civil rights against tenants and housing providers!
