Nothing can express my situation better than this fire. I’m ashamed to say, when the fire came, my faith fell. It fell so hard, it seemed like there was nothing left. Except maybe just a mustard seed. Thank God, that’s all He needed. During a prayer meet with my Church Haven Fellowship, God gave me this visual of fire burning through faith, even while the promise was happening.

My dad Noel rescued my lame attempts at filming it, and he helped me engineer this shot. Wouldn’t it be the worst thing to give up just before the promise was fulfilled?

Mark 9:21-24“Jesus asked, “How long has he been like this?”
“From childhood,” he answered. “It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.”
“‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.”
Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

”Then Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed from that moment.
Afterward the disciples came to Jesus privately and asked, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?”
“Because you have so little faith,” He answered. “For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
