Do you want to convert your Black Legion models into Night Lords? This is a long list of all the possible Night Lords conversion kits, bits and proxies that I could find that you can use to turn your legionaries into Night Lords.

The kill team Nightmare box has already sold out and you probably won't be able to get the upgrade sprue separately. So try to use this video as a guide to how you can convert models to make them look more like Night Lords.
