Congress Protest March Against Fuel Price Hike Turns Violent In Kalamassery Kerala | 4 Cops Injured

The protest march led by members of the Kerala Students Union and Youth Congress to the Kalamassery police station on Tuesday descended into violence over claims that the police had been overly aggressive in handling protests by political opponents. As of last count, at least four police officers and six protesters were being treated for injuries in a nearby private hospital after police lathicharged the demonstrators outside the station.
