This is my personal experience of transplant.
Surgery Type : Open Nephrectomy Transplant
Duration :4 hrs Approx.
Date : 29/12/22

Post Surgery Diet/Medicine - Kidney Donor-
1) consume not more than 1gm/kg body weight for first 3 months.
2) Eat home made fresh food for first 2 months.
3) Drink 3-3.5 lts of water and you can increase after 3 months.
4) Take laxatives if problem with motions.
5) Eat fibre - fruits/vegetables.
6) Walk a little each day and build more stamina.

No exercise, No Cardio, Weight training for first 3-6 months.
