I talk a bit about my thoughts on the pack, without talking about the story, which is a bit hard since it's a pack with a lot of background story.

► Addendum TL;DW: Exoria is what I would call a land-mass skyblock where you use a lot of different systems to solve resource gathering. A few of them are: botania portal trading, sifting, scavenging, strainer fishing, dimension exploration, bees & void mining.
Progression feels rewarding as you constantly unlock new technology and improve upon your resource gathering situation.
Davqvist has done a good job of stringing together progression into something cohesive and the thematics of the custom recipes are really charming (for ex. soaking IE circuit boards in acid in a carpenter to produce the forestry circuits).
If you're sensitive to grinds this pack might not be for you since the first 3 chapters take a while to get through, although there is little to no "time gates".
Personally this goes down as my favorite pack to date and if you think you can spend around 200h just playing one modpack I highly recommend you to try it out.

► Exoria is a 1.12 Minecraft Modpack. You're exiled to a volcanic planet with no ores, food and animals. Also the only connection to your home planet is a Portal where you can trade for things. The end goal is to planet hop and eventually go back to your home planet. It features a mix of known mods, but heavily changed, lesser known mods and even custom mods.
