Mommy found the evidence that you’re struggling with your eating disorder again. You were doing so well! You binged then purged and now the guilt has you hiding but you’re so exhausted that you fall asleep. Mommy wakes you up to have a talk and get you hydrated and something on your stomach.

Eating disorders are very damaging to the body. The can have permanent negative effects. Below are some links to DBT therapy skills you can try using to help. I’m also including links with more information about ED and what it does to the body. If therapy is available to you and you are suffering with an eating disorder reach out to a therapist. If therapy isn’t readily available, there are multiple resources online where you can get help.

I also want to think a very special friend of mine, who was a wealth of knowledge on this topic. They gave me a unique perspective on this matter, and opened my eyes to a lot of things that I didn’t know.  I want to give her a special shout out you know who you are.
