Starting my journey from Bilbao, the morning air is crisp, and the city is just beginning to wake up. My truck is loaded with empty pallets, bound for Limoges, France. It's a relatively light load, making for a smooth and steady drive ahead. The engine rumbles to life, and I ease out of the warehouse district, leaving the industrial heart of Bilbao behind.

As I head out of the city, the urban landscape gradually gives way to the lush, green hills of the Basque Country. The early sunlight filters through the mist that clings to the valleys, creating a serene and almost mystical atmosphere. The road is winding but familiar, offering beautiful views of the countryside.

Crossing into the French border, the road begins to level out as I enter the rolling plains of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The highway here is wide and well-maintained, allowing me to maintain a steady speed. The French countryside is a patchwork of farmland, dotted with charming villages that seem frozen in time. It's a peaceful drive, the kind that allows my mind to wander while still keeping an eye on the road.

The miles pass by smoothly, with the occasional stop at a service station to refuel and stretch my legs. The scent of fresh bread and coffee wafts through the air, a tempting reminder that I'm in the heart of France. I grab a quick bite, knowing that Limoges is still a few hours away.

As I get closer to Limoges, the landscape begins to change again. The fields are replaced by dense forests and the occasional vineyard, a reminder that I'm entering one of France's many wine regions. The road becomes busier with local traffic as I approach the outskirts of the city.

Finally, Limoges comes into view, known for its porcelain and rich history. The city is a blend of the old and new, with its medieval buildings standing proudly alongside modern structures. Navigating through the narrow city streets requires a bit more attention, but soon enough, I arrive at the delivery point.

I carefully back the truck into the designated unloading area, feeling a sense of satisfaction as the empty pallets are offloaded. Another successful journey completed, from the bustling port city of Bilbao to the historic charm of Limoges. With the delivery done, I prepare for my next job, taking a moment to appreciate the beauty of the landscapes I've crossed and the cultures I've touched along the way.
