#6 Welcomes: São Bernardo do Campo

In a little city of 1.5 million inhabitants, close to São Paulo, we found a Welcome. In São Bernardo do Campo lives 8 nice missionaries, which founded and still help the Social Center in Riacho-after-lake. Besides their job with the Center and the Church, they always find time to laugh and enjoy time together like a big family.
In a few Km, you can walk through the big skyscrapers of the "Paulista" where on Sunday all the street artist find a place. The opposite is Riacho, where the streets are not defined, houses are probably made of wood and children need just a place where be children. The Social Center Maximiliano Kolbe offer this to over 200 boys and girls with difficulties in their family relation.
