Chittagong War Cemetery- a small part of Britain in Bangladesh.

I have visited Chittagong War Cemetery in April 2024. It is located at Badshah Miah Chowdhury Road, Dampara, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

It is a beautiful tourist attraction with a rich history. The cemetery was established to honor the commonwealth soldiers and others who died in World War 2.

There are about 400 burials and the design of the cemetery resembles British cemeteries. It is very well maintained with a picturesque view.

It is a great place for tourists to visit to know the rich history of the cemetery and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Visiting Hours: 7 am- 12 pm & 2 pm- 5 pm.

Completely closed on: 3 days of Eid-ul- Fitre and 3 days of Eid-ul- Adha.
