Hyundai Sonata / Kia Optima Rear Bearing And Hub (with shock absorber replacement)

This video will show you how I replaced the rear bearing and hub unit on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS. The replacement bearing is also used on the following vehicles:
HYUNDA AZERA 2011-2017, HYUNDAI SONATA 2010-2014, HYUNDAI TUCSON 2009-2015,
KIA CADENZA 2014-2016, KIA OPTIMA 2011-2015, KIA RONDO 2008-2012, KIA SPORTAGE 2011-2016.
Removal of the old worn hub requires the removal of the brake caliper, caliper bracket and the lower suspension control arm. While we were in there, we also replaced the worn out rear shock absorber. If you notice a rear end high pitch whining noise that gets progressively louder as the vehicle's speed increases, one of the rear bearings is worn out.
