Haitian Stew Fish | Sauce De Poisson Frais | Episode 21

Here's what I used:
3 Mackerel
3 TBSP of the Haitian seasoning
1 TBSP of tomato paste
1 Jalapeno papper
2 tomatoes
thyme
parsley
2 Maggie cubes or chicken bouillon
1 lime
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of olive oil
15 Cloves
water ( the amount of water depends on how much gravy you want)
