This playful hands-free flow is a complete practice for whole body and mind. If you have a hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder injury I made it especially for you folx. No weight bearing in the arms!

We flow between the front and back of the mat exploring familiar traditional yoga postures and some more quirky and unfamiliar movements from Tai Chi. I designed this flow to be feel-good, fun and playful to set you up to feel great in body, mind and spirit.

In this sequence we have fun exploring:
✅ No weight in the hands - ever
✅ Flowing vinyasa style "mandala" (circular) movements
✅ Standing balances to strengthen and tone the legs and glutes
✅ Chest and heart openers
✅ Deep hip stretches
✅ Delicious lower back releases and stretches
✅ Suitable for all levels
