The rainy season has begun to end.
With the hot weather continuing, our family is already enjoying a surge of refreshing noodle dishes!
I would like to introduce such a refreshing chilled soba noodle as the main dish for dinner.
And a five-course menu including side dishes to go with sake.
We hope you will find it useful as a reference for your dinner on a hot day.


🍽Dishes and Plates of the Day
*Chilled Soba Noodles with Pickled Plum, Nametake and Summer Vegetables → Shotaro Yokota / Five-sun crockery bowl with violet pattern / Five-sun crockery bowl with bird prints, Izumiyama
*Egg rolls with crown daisy and shrimp → Shotaro Yokota / 7” plate with rim and violet pattern
*Steamed squid with chili sauce → fresco / olive stained plate S
