We started our journey by researching various health insurance plans available in Portugal. Despite our efforts, dealing with dental coverage turned out to be a hassle. We'll discuss the frustrations we faced with payment issues and coverage limitations.
One of the most bizarre experiences we encountered was a gender misidentification incident at the gynecologist's office. We'll share this awkward encounter and how it affected our perception of the healthcare system.
Unfortunately, we also faced unacceptable denials and nonsensical justifications from our insurance provider. This led us to make the decision to switch health insurance providers altogether.
