Sharpening Old Hickory Carbon Steel Knives

Sharpened a couple of old Old Hickory Carbon Steel knives for a client. I used a Harbor Freight Bench Grinder with 3M Scotch Brute Radial Bristle Brushes to clean off all of the surface rust first. Then I used the AMK-75 sharpener from amktacitcal.com to sharpen the knives using 3M Cubitron II and Trizact Belt from Curry Custom Cutlery. Finally I lubricated the blades and the handles using food grade mineral oil.
