Alloderm Periodontal Surgery for Gum Recession/Grafting/Root Coverage-Upper Teeth.

This video demonstrates Mucogingival Surgery: Root Coverage of Upper Teeth Using an Acellular Dermal Matrix Allograft (Alloderm) and PRGF. A 47-year-old female was referred for treatment of generalised gingival recession associated with upper teeth with high smile line (A gummy smile).
The patient has a high smile line, thin gingiva revealing the unaesthetic appearance of the gingiva and existing restorations.
Upper right central incisor was mobile with swollen gums.
Plan is to improve aesthetic by covering gingival recession on the upper lateral incisors, canines and premolars before placing dental implants on the upper central incisors.
