Unfamiliar with The Legend of Zelda? Wait, really? No, just no, I'm not even going to humor posting an uncorrupted version, GTFO.

Using a Python script, Brad takes your favorite 8-bit NES games and scrambles the bytes. These are the results.

Ah yes, the "legendary game," Legend of Zelda. This game at the time was groundbreaking. Being a quest of epic proportions, it required a battery backed save system which was a first of its kind. Sadly the battery on my cart as a kid was dead so I had to try and beat it in one sitting. Needless to say, it was a pain in the ass, even with cheats and a walkthrough. Anyway, as all of you are well aware of, you are Link on a quest in Hyrule to obtain the 7 pieces of the triforce to save Princess Zelda from Ganon. Truely a remarkable and revolutionary game, and here I am, corrupting the piss out of it. I'm such an asshole.

Anyway, next week, we continue corrupting Super Mario Bros 3. with volume 3, where I use a 32 byte corruption method. here's to hoping I get something interesting from it from such a low byte corruption count.

Next game to get corrupted: Super Mario Bros. 3 Volume 3
