Torquay Museum has hosted paranormal investigations for years and has developed a reputation as a site of significant activity. There have been photographs taken of apparitions, fingerprints were discovered on the inside of the Museum's human mummy case which hadn't been opened in years, and a 300 year old crib rocked of its own accord. In October of 2016, CCTV cameras caught leaflets and books inexplicably flying off the shelves in the Museum’s shop.
