Ingredients:
Oats Besan Cheela:
1/2 cup oats
3 tbsp besan flour/chickpea flour
1/2 onion
1 grated carrot
1 green chilli
1/4 inch ginger
chopped coriander leaves
himalayan pink salt as needed
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup water plus 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp desi ghee for each cheela

Notes: use desi ghee instead of oil for better absorption of vitamins and minerals. Check my video on the health benefits of ghee, links below.

Oats Weight Loss Roti:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 inch ginger, chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1 sprig of curry leaves.
1 sweet potato
himalayan pink salt as needed
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp desi ghee

Note: sweet potatoes has low GI and they are low in calories, the high vitamin A in them helps to make your skin glow and prevents hair fall. Include sweet potatoes in your diet when they are in season, but people who has kidney stone issues may use in moderation.
This recipe was slightly adapted from my sweet potato roti which I made with whole wheat flour, I subbed the wheat flour with oat flour and added some chilies, ginger etc to flavour it up.
