Miracle of Barakah in Food
During the Battle of the Trench (Khandaq), the Prophet ﷺ was very hungry. Jabir ibn Abdullah prepared a small meal—barley and lamb—and invited Him. The Prophet ﷺ said, “Do not remove the pot or bread before I arrive.” He prayed over it, and when he served it to companions, all ate to satisfaction, yet food remained. This reflects the beautiful concept of barakah—where the blessings in something, not its size, is what sustains.
