I live with endometriosis - dealing with daily pain

It took me a very long time before I finally dared, to talk about what is my biggest battle today.
It's been nearly 3 years since I'm dealing with pain, every day.
I'm just another suffering woman, among hundreds of thousands other people coping with physical pain. It took more than 2 years before I got a proper diagnosis for my chronic condition... I went to see countless doctors, therapists and healers: all in vain. I was feeling really powerless and lost.
I didn't know what was wrong with me, I thought I will never find the real ROOT cause for my daily physical suffering.

Until a few months ago. When an MRI clearly pointed out what the problem was: I have a deep endometriosis.

This video does not talk about this particular disease, but rather about how I try to make my way out of pain and negative feelings.

Although there really isn’t any miraculous healing solution, I can assure you there is one thing that is really working: your inner power. And your ability to heal your body. Because we all are able to impact our biology, to change our own cells, to make them heal.

Let's give time to time, and let's heal patiently. One day at a time. One step at a time.♡
