In one of the resupply missions in the Gunrunning DLC, you have to transport a Rhino tank with a Cargobob.

In this mission, said Cargobobs are buffed to be much, much stronger. They seem to be able to take more bullets without having their engines smoke (not 100% sure), and can take much more missiles (100% sure on that).

It's kind of telling that whenever we have to use a helicopter for a mission, Rockstar buffs it dramatically. Almost like they know full well they're hopelessly underpowered, and not up to doing missions - yet they still haven't done anything for good ...

Why not just finally buff them properly?

They're incredibly vulnerable with homing launchers and explosive snipers around, not to mention the plethora of vehicles that can take them out easily. Rockstar knows this, or they wouldn't be buffing them whenever they're in a mission.

In this mission, the tank's going to be destroyed by explosives before the Cargobob will!
