In-App Guides are a new resource for AppSheet training and tutorials from MultiTech Visions. They consist of specially configured tables you can add to your #AppSheet app that will automagically set all the columns as they should be, leaving the only thing left for you to do is make a view to see what it all looks like.

Open the folder above and add the G-sheet to your Google drive - this makes it visible in AppSheet.

In AppSheet: open the app you wish to add the guide to add a new table (selecting the public guide G-sheet (the one from step 1) as the source), then simply select the guide you want to see; all that's left after the table is added is to make a Form view (with Tabs, for a better experience) to see everything.
