Technically speaking, whatever you put in your amenities list should only be what guests should expect. After all, the first Airbnb listing in the late 2000's only had an air mattress set up in the living room of an apartment. No frills, no amenities, and thus the name: AIRbnb, for that AIR MATTRESS! But since its humble beginnings, Airbnb has not only become one of the few unicorns but actually, a cultural phenomenon. Now, Airbnb has set itself up to become not only as a cheap alternative to hotels but one that can actually rival the industry in terms of guest experience.

So you've spent quite a bit in getting your place ready for short term guests. You've taken great pictures, photographing your place at its best angles! You've even made a great write-up! Maybe you've even made an Instagram page and other social media accounts for your place aside from making your listing on Airbnb. While well and good, that is truly just the start of the battle.
